Operating Structure

Center Development Corporation oversees the activities of three primary operating companies: CDC Management Corporation, CDC Construction Corporation, and CDC Security Corporation. In many cases, limited partnerships are formed as the ownership entity for CDC projects.

--- CDC Management Corporation, formed in 1978, acts as the managing agent of twelve CDC housing projects, comprising 1,800 units.

--- CDC Construction Corporation acts as the general contractor for CDC developments. CDC Construction also performs third-party construction work with a primary concentration on substantial rehabilitation projects.

--- CDC Security Corporation provides unarmed, uniformed guard service for CDC developments, as well as for other non-CDC affiliated housing complexes.
