108 Mount Vernon Street

108 Mount Vernon Street is located steps from Charles Street, the epicenter of the charming and unique Beacon Hill neighborhood of Boston. The building brings together two of the neighborhood's signature architectural styles. The West Cedar Street façade is of the Federalist Style, while the Mount Vernon Street side of the building is punctuated by three banks of oriel windows characteristic of the Victorian Style. Paying careful attention to historical details, CDC renovated the building into eight limited edition residences with all of the features and amenities necessary for effortless twenty-first century living.
