The Landmark Condominiums is an adaptive reuse of the old Lifesavers Factory in Port Chester, New York. The 200,000-square-foot building had important historical significance to the surrounding community, but had outlived its usefulness as a commercial facility. CDC took advantage of the unique attributes this space offered to create 199 stunning condominium apartments. The building now provides attractive and affordable housing for active young professionals. Among its many features are a central atrium, garage parking, and a state-of-the-art exercise facility.
