Battery Park City is one of the largest and most successful real estate developments ever built in the City of New York, and CDC is proud to have played a role in its creation. In 1982, CDC was chosen to build two luxury condominium towers in Battery Park City, Hudson View East and Hudson View West (pictured below). Both projects were completed in 1985. CDC was chosen to participate in the Battery Park City project because of its recognized expertise operating in mixed-use urban settings.
